Initial Ideas: Magazine Advertisement

With the exception of a few additions, the magazine promotional poster for our album will be very similar to the front panel of the digipak. From deconstructing media products from the same artist, it is clear that this is a common technique to reinforce brand recognition. The purpose is to make people familiar with the reoccurring image within the media products so it is recognisable during the purchasing process.

I have designed four magazine advertisement based on the four ideas for the album digipak. The main image on the front panel of the album digipak is used and traditional conventions are added, including the artist name, the album name, featuring hit single and a web address to the artist's website.
