Music Video: First Edit

The first edit of our music video was presented to obtain feedback, despite not having filmed the shots in the studio:

Feedback and Reflection:

"The shots in the bedroom are too grainy"

To reduce the noise levels in the bedroom shots, we will alter the effects options in post-production.

"Be sure to maintain the star image whilst filming a group of four"

We will have to re-shoot the shots on stage in order to draw more focus on the protagonist, specifically with more close-up shots of her. We will also apply this in the filming of the shots in the studio.

"Experiment with different shot angles to avoid the appearance of a dance production"

During the re-shoot of stage shots and filming of studio shots, we will experiment with different shot angles, particularly canted and circling dolly shots.

"The reverse edit on the ending is predictable"

We will use the reverse effect at different points of the ending and cary the duration of each reverse edit.
