Technology Log

During the post-production of the music video, we used the search engine 'Google' to look up questions we had about Adobe Premiere Pro. In particular, we found that YouTube videos were the most helpful in explaining our queries. The majority of our searches consisted of 'how to' questions which allowed us to develop our editing skills on the software. Below are the sources we based our development from:



From this video we learnt how to add cinematic black bars to a video to achieve the affect of a cinematic experience from watching our music video.




After adding the cinematic bars to our music video, a few of the shots were unsuitably cropped. Therefore, watching this video allowed us to learn how to scale the shots as we desired.




This video taught us how to reverse a video which we applied to certain clips and the ending of our music video. This was identified as a common convention of music videos from the dance genre.
